Yes, our factory cooperates with individuals and legal entities, as well as with individual entrepreneurs. Individual entrepreneurs and legal entities can pay for products by invoice. An individual can use the payment terminal built into the website. Moreover, all buyers can use the cash-on-delivery option. -

Products are either collected by a buyer or sent by a transport company. -

Please, note that due to the conditions of current legislation and certification authorities, you will have to indicate the address of our factory even on a custom label with your logo. -
What is the minimum order quantity for hosiery in your store?
The minimum order starts from 1000 pairs of one design. -
What is the maximum number of colors on one sock?
The maximum number of colors is 7. -
What is the manufacturing time for hosiery products?
The minimum order of 100 pairs is produced within a week if the required yarn colors are available. If there are no necessary colors in stock, the manufacturing time is extended by 2-3 weeks. -
What is the delivery time for the finished product?
From 3 days depending on the region of the Russian Federation. -
What is the time frame for creating an individual product design?
From 1 to 3 business days. -
What if I don’t like the quality of the products?
We recommend using our Trial Run service before the purchase. You can choose 20 pairs of different designs and sizes.
You can return the entire batch of purchased goods within 14 days, provided that the label, packaging, and marketable condition of the products are not damaged. -
