For premises lease proposals

Socks Factory is looking for property owners who are ready to conclude a lease agreement for more than 11 months.

The leasable area must meet the following criteria:

• Commercial real estate area, not less than 20 square meters (up to 10 square meters inside the mall, in a kiosk format)
• Mandatory availability of a warehouse (from 5 square meters)
• Mandatory presence of a toilet
• Separate entrance lobby
• Heavy pedestrian traffic
• Possibility to install advertising equipment
• Stained glass windows will be considered an advantage
• The white color of the premises will be considered an advantage
• A rental vacation for the duration of the renovation will be considered an advantage
• Good cellular coverage
• Availability of wired Internet (at least 20 M/bit)
• The minimum distance from the offices of transport companies will be considered an advantage
• The presence of car traffic will be considered an advantage
• Urban population of at least 150,000 people
• The presence of municipal parking will be considered an advantage
